I had my 30th Birthday yesterday and I have to say I think it was my best birthday yet. It was simple and quiet and spent with my favourite people. I missed of few of my other favourite people, but I received lots of well wishes and felt loved and missed!

I got severely spoiled by my husband who wanted to give me something special to mark the occasion. Near the time of the ultrasounds for each of our pregnancies, I received a beautiful keepsake to honour each of the girls. That was at about the halfway mark for each pregnancy...maybe this will be a good omen and signify the half way mark of our adoption process...
